TAG Teams is a Small Group Virtual Class with Jen allowing you to workout in the comfort of your own home! No worrying about who will watch the kiddos or the time it takes to drive back and forth to the gym!

  • The expertise of a midlife women’s fitness specialist, not some young kid who doesn’t understand joint issues, perimenopause symptoms, and injuries.

  • The flexibility of being able to attend any class time that works for you – there are three to choose from

  • Additional flexibility of being able to join the class from anywhere there’s Wi-Fi – hotel, Airbnb, your mother-in-law’s house

What's Included:

  • Live, interactive coaching with Jen, so that you will be motivated throughout the workout.

  • Full body strength and conditioning workouts, that will get you the body you want.

  • Demonstrations of all exercises + full warm up and stretch at the end.

  • Personalized attention, so that you can ask any and all the questions you might have.

  • Form adjustments, so that you know your doing the movements properly to prevent injury!

  • Accountability – check-ins from Jen if you don’t show up for class...to help hold you accountable and get you ready and motivated for the next class!

  • Text/email communication, so that you know I am here for you.

  • Modifications for injuries/limitations plus regressions/progressions of certain exercises, allowing you to work from where you're at.

  • Option of 2 or 3 classes per week, to fit your schedule!

  • Occasional terrible jokes :)
